Very good location, very clean, helpful staff, great breakfast

2 things stand out: the breakfast and the SPA downstairs. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of sweet and salty options, plus a menu you can order (included in the price). The coffee itself could be improved. The staff at the reception desk could be a bit faster. The bedroom was super comfortable and clean. The SPA was marvelous, clean and new, extra handy and quiet. Overall, it's a great place, close to the metro, the trams, the parliament and in a walk distance to the main landmarks. Thank you.

Fantastic! Everything about our stay was great. The hotel features a huge play area for kids, a great outdoor pool, and excellent spa facilities. We truly liked everything, and the breakfast was great too. One small thing to note is that they hosted some kids' activities run by an outside company (not by the hotel itself). It didn't bother us at all and we would still absolutely choose this place again, but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand. In general, a super cool and great experience!
