No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony. Have to sleep with closed window. Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow. "The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming - the entire facility is well kept, the grounds are clean and easy to get around. The room was super clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, lots of lights, outlets, etc. A/C and heat were excellent - we were pleased to be upgraded to a nice cabin with more space - free bottles of water and a cake - what a nice touch. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. All in all - we were very pleased and would gladly recommend this place as well as come back again."
