The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Very clean. Cafe next door. In room laundry. Walkable to everything. The only issue we had was the gym was not next door. Website and AI instructions need updating as Gym 10 mins walk away but had great facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights for the marathon and wanted a place to make food etc so it was a good fit. I think really you’d stay two nights max as there are no fresh towels or room turn down and coffee/tea didn’t get refilled. I did ask the AI bot thing but it didn’t deliver. That’s the annoying thing. There’s no person really to speak to whilst you’re there. Needs a sink in the room kitchenette. But it’s cheap and cheerful. A good concept that when working well is great. But often we found lots of dirty dishes in sinks left by guests. Some older guys were asleep on sofas on communal area in the evening so not inviting. Bins in room way too small. So for two cheap nights, fine. But not for longer.

We stayed two nights in room 223 which was an environmental nightmare for guests. There are two constant noises that the team could not fix and the room is very hot even though the thermostat magically displays 21 degrees always without any variation- it doesn’t really work. These conditions makes it extremely stressful for anyone to stay here. There is a mechanical closet right next to room 223 and we are pretty sure that’s the source of the noises. We complained from day one and the team did not offer any solution until late on day 3 when room 207 was offered. That room did not have noises and the AC worked. The team online gave us the run around every day suggesting that a report would be filed when in reality there was nothing they could do to fix the noises or the lack of AC. We were not able to sleep the first two nights and provided videos documenting the noises. We are extremely disappointed with our stay here and the disregard for our comfort.
