“The stay was extremely disappointing do not come here. So many other options. Disrespectful, poor communication, inconsistent policies, and unprofessional treatment by staff. They showed hate and refused to interact with us. Although the reservation listed two guests, the hotel provided a room with three beds, and we as a family were willing to share the room. Despite us arriving around 10 p.m. with a tired child and elderly family members, staff insisted they obtain another room and impose……
