What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.

I dont usually write reviews for the hotels that I have stayed. But this one !!! I RECOMMEND it and Loved it through out our stay. We had an early flight and we were exhausted, when we came to the front of the door , immediately greeted by the staff and they weee really nice to let us check in early and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The house keeping was top notched. Overall , me and my husband were really happy with the service we received and will stay here again next time in Madrid.

"Stayed in the rooms for a family of five. It was nice. The water was warm and the jet tub worked well. We did not eat at the restaurant but went into town for dinner and our breakfast we brought back and put in the fridge. Only stayed one night but it was nice."
