"We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!"

Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."
