The tv controls were not working good that all

Nice location with good restaurants close by. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning however had an extensive repertoire of sounds. On reflection we should have asked for another room. I would not recommend rooms just around the corner from the lobby as noise levels in the morning can be annoying. Did not use the pool but lots of people including children were enjoying it. There is a bar located close to the pool. Breakfast not included however there is a good selection for dining in and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, although we pre-paid for the room, and paid an extra deposit of 1,000 pesos on checking in, we were asked two days before checkout for another deposit. We only went to the bar once, and had two breakfast bills. We felt that we were not trusted to pay the final balance. For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

Everything was good, except, they forgot to do cleanup while I was out and just remember until later. It might have been communication issue. By that time, I just wanted to rest and told to just clean the bathroom, the bed was fine.

Excelente servicio, limpieza, y cercano a el centro de Gdl. Staff muy servicial y amable, definitivamente yo regreso.
