Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

Nice hotel in a very nice area of the city. Very helpful staff. Only down side is the lack of a decent on-site restaurant. The affiliated restaurant had a good staff but the food was not up to typical Madrileno status.
Breakfast buffet was good.

Room was very clean and the service in the room was excellent - any request made was dealt with immediately. The lifts were also very good - I did not have to wait on any occasion for a lift to arrive.
The hotel itself was very pretty and in a very convenient location
