Great little hotel the staff were awesome. Courteous and friendly. The food was very disappointing. Poor quality and not well prepared. Thay also spray this ambient smell constantly from a tube in the wall in every floor that makes the hotel smell like they're trying to cover some other smell . Aweful smell.

Plenty of space for the whole family and efficient discreet service.

The entrance of the hotel is lovely with sofas and a couple of rooms to relax in, along with a mezzanine library. You can help yourself to tea, coffee & iced water there anytime. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful and stored our luggage until our room was available and then again after we checked out until our taxi arrived. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Giralda. The breakfast had a great variety of food on offer, and afterwards left over pastries and small savouries were put across next to the tea & coffee for you to help yourself at any time of the day. Finally it is in such a great location - 5 min walk from the cathedral & the Alcazar - it is hard to fault the hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. I would recommend.

Not to brag but to inspire...everything was excellent. Clean, quiet, complete, great food, and that nostalgic Spanish ambience. Must mention, the manager, Ysabel and her crew are the best! We will miss this place!
