"I came up to visit my daughter who is working camp at AU this summer. The property was SO CLOSE to campus and so easy to navigate. The street is very quiet, but looks to be locals who reside here year-round. The house was just as described in the images (master bed was so comfy). Communication with Darin was top-notch, absolutely no complaints. Home is an older home that has been nicely redone. Floors seem to be original hardwood and creak, but that’s part of the charm. "Nice property. We were able to catch several decent catfish off the dock. Kids had great time boat skiing. The water view is great. Clean facility. "

"I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it.
