8.2/10 Very Good! (66 reviews)
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you several times over the years, I always considered it a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
We booked a room for 16 days, but due to the poor conditions, we were forced to check out early. During the 9 days we actually stayed:
- Towels were changed and garbage was taken out only three times.
- The bed sheets were never changed, and the room was never vacuumed or properly cleaned.
- The room was full of bugs crawling everywhere.
- There was a constant, overpowering smell of curry day and night.
The quality of service has declined significantly under the new ownership, and I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,014 reviews)
This hotel was awesome. I checked in late but I was greeted by a wonderful and very cheerful front desk. Meghan was awesome. The hotel is super clean, the bed is super comfy. I ordered food from the casino next door and they bring it right to my door. I will definitely make this a must stop during my future travels.
