The pool and landscaping make the property feel like a private resort, with stunning views all around.The dock was a huge highlight for us, easily accommodating our 42ft HCB center console. It made getting on and off the water seamless, and really elevated the whole experience. The house caretaker was very helpful and can ferry you across the shallow cove if needed, but we highly recommend having your own boat to make the most of this secluded oasis.Overall, TipSea Point delivers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and island luxury.
