Viajes a Eli Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

Ok

de paso muy lindo

We were told we could not park on the street overnight even though the signs did not state that and other people did. E we had to park down the street in the railroad parking lot which I didn’t feel comfortable parking that far away with my car. We checked in early and were put in a whole different building with lots of stairs that we were not told about and had to carry our luggage up by ourselves which was not easy. There were only 2 rooms in this other building which was kinda creepy. We were not happy and I sent a email to the hotel and had no response. Didn’t know of any of the amenities that the main hotel had like coffee in the am and not sure what else they had to offer. There were lots of other room keys when we checked in and we’re not asked if stairs or being put in the other building was ok. Never heard a word back from the hotel.

.

Well my car was stolen right out of the parking lot and they refused to let the officer who was filing the police report review the cameras. So I would say the place is pretty unrecommendable.
