An amazing 4 acres property in Toledo. Shallow river in the back of the property for kayaking while enjoying the wildlife. Bellamy lake is 2 minutes walk away for boating or fishing. This cottage itself is a self contained enjoyment place with aboveground pool, jacuzzi, pool table, children's outdoor play area, trampoline, netted patio with firepit, outdoor firepit for campfire, BBQ grill, canoe and kayak.

Huge deck in the backyard where you can watch the deers and other wildlife while sipping your evening tea. Cottage is equipped with central air-conditioning and power generator in case of power outage.
