This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had and I would forewarn anyone thinking of booking here so they can avoid it at all costs. I had called ahead earlier in the day to confirm my reservation. When I arrived the person behind the counter did not know how to use the system, and could not find it. They kept trying to text the 'owner' for roughly 15 minutes, until frustrated I asked if they were full or overbooked (there was only one other car in the parking lot). I try to pay for the room and after confirming the price with her multiple times she charges me for the wrong amount. Checking in took over 25 minutes to fix all of the errors. I felt bad for her because she was so stressed, and I know mistakes happen, but employees should know how to use the system.
Then we learn there is an issue with their key card system and she's the only one who can let us into our room. She promised not to enter our room after that, but we had to prop the door open to bring our things in or have her escort us. When we finally arrive at our room, it looked like the place hasn't been clean in years. There are stains on the walls, on the floor, the mattress. The mattress didn't even have clean sheets and there was hair all over the pillows. For the same price I should have booked any other hotel. In the morning, we couldn't even get hot water because the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
