“Really loved the place ”

“Before arrival instructions for entering the property were not given. When I arrived and opened the door, there was already someone in there. He happened to be a fine person, but this situation could have been dangerous for me. It was 9:30 at night and I had to call around to find another place to stay and most hotels were full, it was very stressful. My money was refunded but I feel more should have been done to make this right.”
