“Excellent staff very polite and good service”

“The property was easy to locate and was convenient. At first encounter it met with our needs. The staff was friendly and informative.”

“The room was clean and even the whole environment outside was beautiful and just a place to feel comfortable.”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“We had booked for a wedding which was canceled and they could have cared less and didn't give us a refund, seriously, they would have booked that room in no time, no compassion, pretty sad.”

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes from WAL-MART supermarket. It is also convenient and will be selected again.”
