The first room we assigned to, the toilet not working. So they upgraded us to another room. Nice! But the bathroom definitely needs to be updated! We were there during the 4th of July. Luckily, there was a Summer festival within walking distance from the hotel👍

The size of the rooms was wonderful. The breakfast had such great variety. It is close to so many good restaurants and other attractions. The pool was a big hit with the grandchilren!

Stayed there for five days/4 nights and never got my room cleaned. We had left early in the morning and every case and when we came back, they told us that they’d have it done tomorrow because the staff had already left every time we came back. It was not done. When I was leaving I had expressed my dismay and they said they would not charge me for my parking for that time. The staff at the desk are excellent other than not getting my room cleanedIt was fabulous. I would definitely go there again because I loved the location and everything about it.

We’ve stayed here more than once and it has been enjoyable. My only recommendation is for the pool water to be cleaned/sanitized more frequently per week, especially when there’s a high number of guests.

The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. We were there with four family members, plus my husband and myself. We had lots of room for visiting back and forth on comfortable furniture. The breakfast was outstanding. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

Liked the free breakfast and the hotel itself was nice. Con’s: hot tubs smelled like men’s locker room and was was so low bubbles were like fountains! We were in a 2 bedroom suite with 5 people! No room service so I asked and they said they only clean room on the 3rd day. Well our garbages were overflowing and we were out of towels so I asked for a light cleaning on day 2. They literally dropped off 5 bath towels and 5 garbage bags?? I guess we’re were supposed to empty our own garbage in a suite that we paid $1,500 for!!!

Honestly for the price the room HVAC ran constantly as though it was struggling to keep up. The carpeting was spotted everywhere and shower area drain cover was laying loose to the side. The in room coffee was tiny and I ran water to make tea and black particles were throughout the cup so I ran another through and same occurred unuesable please buy new ones. Went to open the top drawer in king room dresser and it fell out all the bearings were laying in the bottom drawer so it was unusable. Shower also contained black moldy areas. Tried to go to the bar at 9:30 p.m. on Friday sat and started to order drink and bartender announced “last call”!? He said he would be in trouble if he stayed later. How strange on a week where the town was filled with Olympic Trial guests and no provisions were made to staff up for it. Had to order food for delivery otherwise had to walk downtown to find a place to eat at late with only snacks available. Overall just average or less for the price paid and honestly not representative of the Hyatt name for the services received.
