This property has friendly staff and having it connected to TGIF and IHOP were great. I liked the two swimming pools and hot tubs - I enjoyed my time staying here

The only downside was that it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to get us from the airport. Besides that this was a great option. Nice comfortable and quiet room. Lovely staff.

This hotel was nicely located next to Mall of America within easy walking distance to the south entrance. The hotel is nice for families. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered a nice variety of items. But the rooms are fairly dated and some updating should be done.

Pool, location and most of the staff were great! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing amazing but not terrible either. Having restaurant options was nice. We emailed the property prior to our stay and received no response, so communication was lacking. We landed early due to flight changes and went to the desk at noon. The girl at the desk was great and said our room would be ready in a hour. Instead of going about our day we decided to wait so we could freshen up. I went back to the desk at 1:30 and the man there was very rude. He laughed about the room being ready early and said to come back at 4. I tried explaining that someone else told me our room was almost ready but he continued to act like I was ridiculous. It was just very rude. I understand the room not being ready, we were early, If I am told one thing though it should be honored across the board. We waisted a lot of time going off what we were told. The hallway carpets were stained badly and in need of being vacuumed. Our room ceilings had some water damage and about a hour before checking out a man came in to change our carbon monoxide detector which could have waited since we were leaving that day. Just odd…. Overall the location made up for the missteps in other areas. The cleaning ladies were very nice and accommodating and all the staff besides the first day were so nice.

Great experience. The staff were dealing with a lot of people, including a lot of kids being kids. Messy and loud. Yet they remained super friendly and helpful, and were cleaning up after the kids leaving their trash everywhere as best as they could. My area of expertise is organizational development, and this is how it’s done. Kudos to the staff.

I wish there was a rating between Good (average) and Exceptional (way above average) because that would be my rating. The staff were exceptional (especially Erin). The breakfast was very good. The room was clean as was the bedding. Room was exactly as depicted on website. It's an older hotel and it shows in some areas but it is very well maintained. I am a grandma travelling alone and felt very safe.
