This is a wonderful place to stay! Starting with the parking lot right down to the little dishwasher tablets on the counter and EVERYTHING in between. The customer service was very pleasant and responsive. When we checked in, the front desk person was so pleasant that it actually lifted my mood up! We will definitely stay here again!

The room was large and very quiet. Breakfast was "the usual." Location was excellent as it was within walking distance of the premium retail outlet mall and 8 minutes away from the Mall of America. Parking was $10 US which was a bit of a surprise to us. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

I stayed here on my first trip to MN ever. The hotel has a free shuttle from/to the airport that comes "on the hour" but we never waited more than 20min each way. The same shuttle also takes you to/from the Mall of America. We didn't get a car, so that saved us a LOT of money.
I didn't want to go during their cold months and was super surprised it was 70° in May. Don't be fooled, winter is coming!

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.
