Our second time staying, our daughter was a student of the university, very convenient location Room was spacious for us traveling with our son. Both times, at check-in and check out there’s was no one at the desk. Check-in , someone returned to the desk within 10 mins. Leaving, we waited about 10-15 minutes and we just left.

Hotel and staff were great… only thing was the bathroom fan - there wasn’t a switch for it, so if it was always on, it wasn’t noticed… very foggy after a shower. Nothing that a hand towel couldn’t fix though. Breakfast was AWESOME! Staff was always cleaning and bringing in more food. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is close enough to UD to get there in about 15 minutes (drive). It was one of the cheapest options for a decent hotel in the area and close enough to Main Street. The place is clean and quiet and the staff is very professional. I very much liked my check in experience and the rooms are nice and clean and they don’t have that dirty carpet/ old wood smell that most motels have. Holiday Inn will now be one of my go to hotel choices.

I requested a room that was said to have been recently renovated. I paid extra to get that and it was quite old, run down (However good bed and mattress), but wall paper coming off, dusty and unlike most IHG hotels I have stayed in globally. Disappointed but the location was convenient.
