“The property was definitely older and not as maintained as I’m used to.”

“This property was not in the condition as advertised. I knew it was a low budget property, however myself & 2 of my agent where arriving very late & departing very early. This property has some serious safety issues. @ least 5 of the doors had either locking issues or unlocking issues. The rooms are an attempt of a low budget , cheap renovation. The curtain on the window was a too small cheap curtain, with a cheaper curtain rod & no black out curtain. They carpet was filthy. No trash can in the……

“The hotel is beautifully decorated. We were there during our family reunion and we all gravitated to the den-like fireplace sitting area adjacent to the check-in counter. It was comfortable and had a homey feel. The rooms are immaculately clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. My TV had a personalized message on the screen welcoming me to my room, by name. I thought that was a very nice touch. The hosts were amazing, leaving us cookies and cake pops and even leaving a sympathy card, such a kind gesture. The place was perfect for my husband and I, great bed and all the comforts of home.
