The room was great and clean , there was a toilet issue but the staff members gladly were readily available to fix it all ! The amenities including the hot tub, and pool as well as the in room service breakfast was 5/5 . Would absolutely stay here again .

I was surprised how the rooms are remodeled and refurnished. Everything looked amazing very clean, very elegant and stylish rooms. I also liked the text message system that let us know that our room was ready earlier than the check-in time. That was very helpful. Also, the checkout was very easy. The hotel looks very elegant. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I sent a text from the pool asking for more towels and within five minutes, they brought fresh towels to the pool. Thank you so much to everyone.

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and was sooo covenient to not have to worry about. My room was very tidy, the location was great, i walked to all of the places i wanted to go, in under 15mins. I am looking forwards to seeing chicago in the summer months and i would stay here again.
