The young man who checked us in was vety friendly and nice. My room had mold around the ceiling. Didn't notice it, just thought it was dust, until I was sick for 2 days and then thought to look closer. Other than that, the room and hotel was clean and nice. My friend had room right next to mine and hers did not have mold.

Was here for the IMSA race in June. Clean rooms, easy check-in, prime area with access to everything you need. Nothing stood out, nothing glared as a problem. Will definitely be back for July for Gridlife!

The good thing was that it was close to a restaurant we like. We were not told where to park (there was a side entrance closer to our room. The parking slots near the building are mostly dedicated to handicapped. We were not told where the luggage trolley was located. We didn't see one so we lugged our belongings. They put up far away from the front desk and door. The were hardly any guests staying. The food was awful. Do not eat the eggs since they are powdered. The drink containers were empty at 9am. The towels are skimpy. No ventilation in the bathroom and the shampoo and hair conditioner connected to the wall in the shower were empty. We were also not given any info about breakfast times or where the dining room was located.

Our door was broken so we didn’t have a key card to start and also we were given a free dinner and free breakfast comp. Bye the front desk but unfortunately the kitchen was closed at 9:01 and the breakfast opens at seven, which is in my opinion kind of late for Americans. In the pool closing at 9 o’clock is ridiculous.

The young woman at check-in went through the motions, was not very engaging nor helpful. When I asked if she could recommend a place for us for dinner, she only pointed at the limited-menu at the facility. In the room, there was no fan in the bathroom so when we used the shower, the room steamed up in minutes. One of the curtains was off its hook and needed attention. The only positives were the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the friendliness of the bartender in the dining room.

The room had a musty smell. The microwave in our room did not work, but they were kind of enough to let us use the microwave in the breakfast area. We would have preferred if breakfast was included because the area did not have many dining options. The beds dip quite a bit in the middle. The pool was large and deep. It was good.
