“We stayed for two night cause were visiting Udawalawe national park, which is about 30mis away so the hotel is a very good basepoint. Hotel is a walking distance from bus station and town central. Arrived and got complimentary drinks, super nice welcome and info of jeep/driver arrangements for the safari. The safari is a couple of dollars more expensive if you get it through the hotel but so easy, I highly recommend doing it that way. You get breakfast to go and the jeep and driver were……

“great pool close enough to national park but hotel is a little tired”

“選擇這個飯店 主要是因為要去附近的 Udawale 看大象safari . 飯店離國家公園很近 wifi的速度也不錯 但是 室內有蠻多螞蟻. 聽說這家飯店是附近最新的飯店了 .飯店的人員也可以用英文溝通 總而言之 我沒有什麼抱怨 但如果不是要去 Udawale 國家公園 應該不會特別再回來了 ”

“Great atmosphere!! Right in the nature. Nice staff, clean room and extraordinary inside out, outside in bathroom design, very comfortably and relaxing. ”

“Very nice place. The people were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend the private safari the drivers are really good.”

“優質的住宿，親切的服務，方便去野生動物園”

“Great place to stay. Extremely helpful staff. Facilities were surprisingly good. Handy location to elephant transit and national park. Nice pool. Highly recommend.”

“Heerlijk zwembad en super vriendelijke eigenaar! Eten was goed geregeld en lekker lokaal en ook met de safari werden we goed geholpen. ”

“The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions.”

“Une situation géographique exceptionnelle au calme dans la nature luxuriante. L’appartement de luxe est grand, très propre et dispose d’une superbe vue. Le complexe dispose d’une piscine, ce qui est très appréciable après un safari dans le parc national. Petit déjeuner et dîner succulents. La personne qui nous a accueillis était vraiment très aimable, souriante, accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement le Jungle Paradise.”

“A peaceful nature retreat with incredible fresh food. Our stay at Kalu’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We loved the wholesome farm-to-table dining—tasting fresh red dragon fruit straight from the garden, sweet pineapples, mangos, and delicious Sri Lankan vegetables. The property itself is surrounded by nature. The butterfly garden was an unexpected treat, and waking up to the tranquil morning sounds of birds overlooking the Udawalawe reserve canopy was magical. “Fremragende sted, en lille perle i høj klasse og fantastisk personale.”

“The owner's attitude was nice, location is quite close to the Udawalawe National Park. Breakfast however was only an omelet, 2 pieces of toast and a small cup of juice for each person which wasn't enough for us. The room was full of dust, and the air coming out of the AC feels like mold. If you want to join the safari, the owner has a jeep and a driver to take us into the safari in the morning which needs an additional cost, and we feel it's a little too high price.”

“Out of every hotel we have stayed at in Sri Lanka, this was the best. It was classy. They did absolutely everything right. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The food was amazing. The chef is so talented. Best stay ever. Wish it could be longer.”

“It was the most amazing experience! I love the staff very friendly and kind. Help me with everything. Front house Sampath, dumindu and sithijaya , sahan, gayantha, Rukshan are awesome, Gave me the best service they could. Foods are delicious 😋, pool was clean and easy access. More then anything the staff are making me to come back here again. Feel like home. I love you guys and the hotel 🥰😍 Thank you very much for looking after me and making my stay truly wonderful. Super ⭐”
