    Welcome to Emerality! This spacious 2,314-square-foot duplex in Emerald Isle features three bedrooms, a queen bonus room, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom across three levels. Ideal for families and groups, the home offers two comfortable living areas, multiple balconies, an elevator, and panoramic views stretching from the ocean to the sound. With room to gather and space to unwind, Emerality provides an inviting setting for a memorable Crystal Coast vacation.

    The ground level features a king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom. Guests can also access the one-car garage and elevator from this level.

    The first level includes a second king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bonus room furnished with an additional queen bed. The queen bedroom and bonus room share a full bathroom. This level also features a second living area, laundry area, elevator access, and a covered balcony.

    The second level serves as the home’s main gathering space, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bright living room. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the living area. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the surrounding ocean and sound scenery, or relax indoors with plenty of space for meals, conversation, and time together.
