  • Beautiful and spacious home in the heart of Paradise Valley just 30 minutes from Yellowstone Park, 30 minutes from Livingston, and 3 minutes from the Yellowstone River. Gorgeous panoramic views of the Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges. Chico Hot Springs only 5 minutes away. 4wd not required and plenty parking space.

    4 bedroom plus modern, large and comfortable sleeper couch. Newly remodeled home accommodates 12+ guests. Beautiful hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces (1 stone), 4,000 sq. ft. living area. Beautiful 1500 sq. ft. barbecue deck with abundant deck furniture, 1 gas grill, 1 charcoal grill. Sun room. Hot tub and infrared sauna!

    Beautiful gourmet kitchen loaded with all the appliances for cooking large meals. Double oven. Lots of counter space. Fully furnished with all cooking utensils, cutlery and cooking needs.

    Huge Hot Tub on Deck with Gorgeous Views, a Sonos system and a new Infrared Sauna that holds up to 4 adults.

    Emigrant General Store, flyshop, bank, and saloon just 2 miles away. The General Store sells almost all the necessities you will need.

Perfect house for multi-generational gathering!

Perfect location. Close enough to Livingston, Yellowstone, Yellowstone River, and Chico Hot Springs and very private with beautiful views. House is very well appointed and property manager is super responsive. Could not have had a better stay!

Everything about this home was perfect! Incredible views, hot tub and sauna on the huge deck, under stars at night and endless mountain peaks for miles and miles. Inside the home was immaculate with great attention to detail. Kitchen is a dream if you cook, I absolutely loved the extensive library (poetry lover), the great room and the family room. The view from every window is fantastic. Mostly the peaceful atmosphere and quiet of the neighborhood was much appreciated. Communication from the host was excellent. Look no further if you want convenience to Yellowstone north entrance and surrounding ares like Gardiner, Livingston & Bozeman. A must-do - dine at the Old Saloon and drinks at the Grill at Sage Lodge.

The property was clean and well stocked. Thirty minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Beautiful views from the deck. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate to what you will experience in the house. We had a great stay.

Perfect sanctuary for a girls trip

This house is magic. The location is stunning and it's the perfect distance in between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The Chico hot springs are the perfect place to reset and I've never seen so many stars from the back deck. I hope to be back soon. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay.

Amazing Views

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. We had eight family members and there was room for all. Would stay again as there are a limited number of houses available in the area with ample space for a largish party. Kids loved the games, hot tub and foosball game.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time!!. We stayed for a week while we visited YNP. The house was perfect for our family and it had everything we could possibly need. The views were spectacular and we were visited by deer every night. The hot tub was a huge hit for our family!! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The restaurants in Emigrant were very good. We would highly recommend staying here!! We stayed with our 5 adult children and it was perfect. Loved our stay and loved visiting YNP.

Easy living

Magnificent Views, Quiet and Comfortable

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed themselves, house was great, hot tub, sauna, deck, fire pit, grassy play area were big pluses. Visits to the park, whitewater rafting, pine creek hiking, Chico hot springs, and meals in Livingston all within easy reach. You can get just about everything you need in the store in Emigrant.

Beautiful location!

The property was great and we had everything we needed and more! We did have a visit from the sheriff in regards to why we were there and that made us a little uneasy but after that everything went well. The only negative was the hot tub was green after a couple of uses, so we couldn't use it half of the days we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

Exceptional Place

Everything was as advertised which did not happen with my last two rentals. This stay restored my faith in Vrbo. The best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. It was perfect for our three days in Yellowstone. Our guide picked us up every morning. I told my family I would consider just coming to stay here again without going to the park.

Awesome Location for Family Trip/Celebration

We enjoyed an awesome week at this gorgeous location! Stunning views. Great amount of space for our family of 10 with ages ranging from 60 to 5 months to enjoy time together and feel very comfortable. This was one of the most well-furnished locations that I have ever stayed; the host provided so many helpful items like a child booster seat, outdoor games, etc. The location is near a great bakery, restaurant and Chico Hot Springs (a destination in and of itself). It's an easy drive to Yellowstone National Park. I cannot say enough positive about this location and the host; our family is so thankful.
