Very welcoming and friendly staff. Fabulous room ( junior suite).

No ac during end april so had to leave window open and noise level was high all night until 5:00 am. Rooms were also worn.

The room was clean, parking and location were convenient. The breakfast was not up to scratch eg. Coffee machine not working, very small jug for the milk it was empty most of the time. Not great but also not the worst.

A wonderful hotel that is very well situated right on the seafront so the views are spectacular! Parking is a little worrying as the car park is small and tight, so larger vehicles must beware and also, very few disabled spots. The staff on reception are very friendly with good English, which helped us to not murder their beautiful language! Very attentive and certainly proactive to all requests. They were even able to offer us several UK/EU adaptors and had a box full of cables to charge phones, although the bedrooms do not have USB points, yet! The hotel is very clean and modern and the rooms, well appointed with a large, comfortable bed, but some amenities that we expected were lacking; no slippers and no bathrobes provided, unless you book a massage, which is also quite pricey! The storage is quite limited and very few hangers are provided, so beware if you have more than a few days’ worth of clothes or delicate dresses to hang. Outside seating is magnificent. It’s right on the promenade so the people-watching is wonderful and of course, if the weather is good, there’s lots of activity. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is a huge selection of local beverages, but our gripe is always the cost of breakfast! Why, oh why is it always so expensive? Lunch offerings are superb: plenty of delish fish and shellfish, salads and crispy pomme frites, but again, the wine selection, although extensive, is very overpriced and you cannot BYOB!!Change this policy! We will return!

The Hotel is in the centre of Lille, it has parking which is difficult to find. The structure of the building and its location ensures a quiet room. The dinner was enjoyable as was breakfast. Staff very supportive.
