Super clean room and bathroom Amazing front desk staff breakfast was hot fresh and delicious

We had to wait quite a while to check in because our room wasn’t ready. When we entered the room, the toilet paper roll on the holder was empty with empty roll that means that was after somebody used. There was also no laundry bag, which has always been provided during our previous stays. But this part is not that much problem at all for us. Unfortunately, we found a lot of food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. This is especially disappointing and disgusting because the exact same thing happened during one of our previous visits. It seems like the housekeeping staff would benefit from using a detailed cleaning checklist for every room. That would help ensure important tasks aren’t overlooked before the next guests arrive. While we enjoy staying here, these repeated housekeeping issues are not acceptable and need more attention.

Clean and quiet easy to get to places

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. What was most frustrating was the lack of accommodation from management. Despite the pool being unavailable and not receiving the amenities we expected when booking, we were not offered any type of refund, discount, or compensation. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but I believe better communication and customer service would have made a significant difference. I hope the hotel takes these concerns into consideration to improve future guests’ experiences.
