“You get what you pay for. Not the cleanest place; bad smells in the common areas and rooms. We were greeted with an unfriendly attitude at check in, as were the other groups of people checking in at the same time. Front and back doors to the building remain unlocked at all times, which is a bit of a safety hazard. Was nice to have a pool to go to, but the pool furniture is falling apart. Enjoyed our stay on the island but will not be returning to Blackbeard’s next time.”
