"This is the perfect cabin for a nature getaway! Spacious, comfortable, wonderful lake views, I was disappointed I had to leave. Jeff was quick to correspond and his home had everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. There are no big grocery stores nearby so Jeff let me know in advance so I could purchase foodstuffs on my way before I checked in. With the entrance to Alligator River Wildlife Refuge just a few miles down the road, you'll have the chance to see some cool things. Very clear and timely instructions. The description is accurate and the location is unbeatable. You can leave your car there and walk to anywhere you want. "We found rustic charm here and a snippet of a simpler way of life. We came in early Spring, when the weather still made access to and from the island unpredictable, but our stay was quite relaxing. There was an issue with property at first, but the management company took our call on a weekend and the owners quickly fixed it: Steve and Marty, are lovely people."
