The best time to visit Enontekiö depends on whether you prefer the snowy landscapes and Northern Lights of winter or the midnight sun and outdoor activities of summer. For those seeking a quintessential Lapland experience, winter, from December to March, is ideal. This period offers reliable snow cover, excellent conditions for activities like dog sledding, snowmobiling, and reindeer safaris, and the best chances to witness the Aurora Borealis.
