Hotel Motto is a wonderful hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The rooms are comfortble, quiet, and nicely decorated. It's located right next to a UBahn station, which was convenient for getting around the city. The staff at the rooftop bar and Chez Bernard were great too.

Staff was nice but a bit standoff and wasn’t warm like other hotels
Had a nice breakfast and another night grabbed takeout at train station after a day trip but were berated for being in food to hotel and sitting in outside garden area

"The room was very clean, service was excellent. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the train/metro station. Going to downtown using metro inside the train station may be faster than using taxis or Uber and certainly much cheaper. I’ll book this hotel when I am back to Vienna."
