DO NOT BOOK. PICTURES DECEPTIVE. MANAGEMENT UNWILLING TO COOPERATE WITH LEGITIMATE REQUEST FOR CANCEL/REFUND BASED ON MISREPRESENTATION , very poor facility, appearance, cleanliness. It felt like a bait and switch scheme , fraudulent representation and review score.

Pool was over chlorinated door fell off to the pool and I was lied to about my reservation they put me in the wrong type of room that was too small for our group and told me nothing could be done so i slept on the floor of the hotel. Not a great experience over all. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

The a/c worked great but the room had a musty or mildew type smell to it. The bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge kept food cold. There was good water pressure and hot water in the shower. I didn't turn on the TV as I arrived late evening and stayed one night only, as I traveled through to my final destination.
