The panoramic sea view that begins with the picturesque harbor of Epidaurus town on far left, expands in infinite blue in front of you and ends with lush green mountains on your far right, fills you with immeasurable peacefulness. The spacious villa is dressed in local stone in subtle off white tones and paved with off white marble, filling you immediately with a sense of luxury and serenity. Surrounded by a beautifully kept garden with tall palms and exotic flowers, it leads you to the large infinity pool area in front. The pool has salt water, soft and gentle to your skin and eyes, offering you exhilarating moments in the sun, as well as jacuzzi for absolute relaxation. A shaded terrace on the pool side provides you with an excellent viewing point of surrounding beauty and a quiet place to enjoy a book and a glass of wine. On the right side of the pool you will find a sheltered bbq complete with wood oven, and a large wooden table that seats 12\. The pool front has a perfect shaded area as well, which features comfortable sun beds, a beautiful crystal and marble dining table that also seats 12 for those poolside al fresco dinners. Inside, the villa has open, generous spaces that are designed and decorated with much care. The ground floor consists of open living and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. It has the direct access to pool. The upper level maisonette has a living and kitchen area plus bathroom that lead to a vast shaded terrace, complete with luxurious seating and dining areas with large Crystal tables, looking to the mesmerizing views. Upstairs there is the master bedroom ensuite with Jacuzzi with incredible view, and the second spacious master bedroom with unobstructed sea view. All rooms as well as living areas are fully equipped with a/c, large smart tv, the wifi connection is excellent in case you may need to join a zoom meeting. Both kitchens are fully, excessively equipped. This villa also has various amenities for children, so while it has a perfect romantic atmosphere for couples, the little ones will be able to enjoy their stay immensely as well. The location of this villa allows you to enjoy countless activities and day trips in its vicinity. The beautiful beach is right beneath the villa. Enjoy a morning swim in the sea, go snorkeling to see the ancient sunken city, or simply enjoy a walk by the quiet shore. Tavernas are scattered in the area, some right on water, serving fresh fish and delicious local produce. Ancient Epidaurus town is only 3km away along the orange orchards, with its local shops cafes and bars on the picturesque harbor, where you can also arrange a boat tour to see the surrounding coastline and beaches. The famous Epidaurus festival is hosted at the ancient theater(only 15km away) every summer, bringing to life the ancient tragedies and comedies, enchanting the audiences that flock from all over the world. Beautiful town of Nafplion, reminiscent of medieval Italy is half an hour drive away, and in less than an hour you will reach Porto Heli, from where a short boat trip will take you to cosmopolitan Spetses island. To reach this magical place which will surely become unforgettable for you, you will need to drive only 2 hours from Athens(the international airport). Wonderful waterfront restaurants are close by. The views from the restaurants and especially from the villa are amazing. Emy, the owner/host was a pleasure to work with and went out her way to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. Emy was such a wonderful host, and an incredible resource. The view over the pool is mesmerizing, looking out over the water to islands (the photos don't do it justice). The pool is a great size, with saltwater that isn't too intense as we've experienced elsewhere. The house was also incredibly well equipped so the only thing we needed to buy was food and Emy supplied with some initial stuff when we first arrived. It's essentially two places with a full kitchen and laundry in the pool level apartment (which has two bedrooms) which you access from the pool patio. It worked great for us as we were traveling with grandparents who essentially had a separate space, but still lots of room for communal time. The location of the house was great. Only about a two our drive from Athens. It's about 6 minutes from the heart of the little town of Epidavros and 35-40 minute drive to Napflio.
