74 sqm flat over 2 floors in Erbezzo, Lessinia park, a mountainous area north of Verona, famous for its fossils and geological formations. Verona is only 39 km away, its Catullo airport only 66 kim.
Conveniently located also for the Garda lake, the children amusement park Gardaland and endless walks and treks. The famous wineyards of Valpolicella are closeby. Recently renovated bathroom and new electric kitchen - oven and fridge

The space
If you are looking to switch off from the world this is the place to be...it’s also guaranteed to be at least 10C cooler than city temperatures!
