The Internet was down when I checked. Which was sorted promptly and a member of staff came to let me know. It was remote check in . No staff to see. But the staff was efficient and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and seamed to have been recently refurbished. It was above a restaurant that I never found to be open. There was a bar on site that was quiet and never disturbed me. My only issue with the area was I struggle to get food that I as okay with As I can have a delicate stomach. I'm not sure on afghan food. But a busy food street 15 min walk way.

Best spa set up I've ever been to. Head space and physical space yo 'breathe'. After long days out in Buxton and stoke on trent etc. It was beautiful to come back here. Breakfast was nothing special, same as any hotel. Why are all hashbrowns cold, deep fried triangles. Great location for park district or Manchester or other town visit. If you like to take bus/ land transit to do local areas DONT do it here. Local transit is very infrequent and we waited at stop and despite flashing down the once or hour bus, it flew part us anyway. Because of this we did not look/ explore in Macclesfield so missed the silk factory stuff for to the fact that there was not good transport locally. Bus to Buxton was great fun and best way to get there and back. Beautiful scenery fat driver... but if a free roller coaster ride... hold on tight! Safe and overall great place to stay.

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.
