Room ok but freezing . Asked at reception for a heater and one was brought immediately only took the chill off the room. Knowing the room had been allocated should have been heated prior to arriving. The outside access , car park and front of hotel very dangerous with snow and ice. Staff very nice especially the man on reception who was very helpful. Good breakfast

What a fabulous gem of a hotel, not the most attractive facade when we first pulled up but great inside. The staff were so attentive and helpful and our room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with fabulous waiting staff, nothing too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

The staff at this property where really really lovely so genuine and welcoming it really made the overnight stay. Plus the cleanliness of the rooms was too notch and the breakfast was great. Date I say much better than other companies hotels. Service and all the above mentioned where 5 star in our opinion. We are out and taxi service used by the hotel was also brilliant efficient and quick.
