Tranquil

We loved our stay at Jerome's in Erica. Very cosy home with everything we needed, fire was ready to light and so nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view and watch the birdlife. Would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely home for your getaway, and our senior citizen dog also enjoyed her stay!

Erica & Walhalla Winter Getaway

This quirky property was ideal for our family winter getaway. Each couple had their own private room and there are plenty of bathrooms to cater for large numbers. The fire was going on our arrival and kept us really warm for the whole weekend. We visited historic Walhalla and enjoyed Erica and the surrounding area.

The stay in Erica was wonderful. The house is a home away from home. Everything you could need and super comfortable. Despite the maps indicating a very windy road to Walhalla, the roads were excellent and easy. The Erica Escape House was very easy to find and opposite a lovely cafe. It was also perfectly placed to go and see the Thomson dam

We spent two nights at this property and enjoyed the location and comfort of this home.The only letdown was bed sheets and bedding which did not smell nice and not felt clean, when i removed blanket from one of single bed, there were hair on bed. Overall host was easy to connect responsive. House had everything.

Great place for a group of 10 spacious, pet-friendly, and in a beautiful location with lots of green areas and animals around. The host was super friendly and helpful. We had a really relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

How lucky were we to spend eaater with 3 generations plus the dog in a magical house in a beautiful locationWith stunning views from every window and enough room for everyone to chill or gather together. We enjoyed the proximity to the store, pub, playground, dog park. A short walk away was the rail trail where we enjoyed walks and bike rides in the forest. The sheep greeted us in the morning through the kitchen window or the back deck and the kids had fun feeding them their breakfast Other activities that were a highlighty included the steam train in walhalla and the hike to mushroom rocks at mt erica.Something for every age. Thanks Jerome for hosting us and i truly hope to return to erica.
