"Overall this cabin was awesome, very clean, and great location to snowmobiling trails. We would definitely recommend this cabin to other friend and family. The one caveat was the road leading into the cabin has a tight hairpin which is difficult to navigate with large trailers."

"If you haven't seen the movie On Golden Pond, you can watch it on YouTube. You'll know exactly what to expect for decor and ambience.This was an exceptional experience! Someone posted about the screen door slamming each time you closed it. My Great Grandparents door did the same, when I didn't control it. I felt like that excited little kid, each time I heard it. We rarely went inside. The screen porch was too peaceful. The loon sounds were mesmerizing. Don't be envious that you have less sun....

"Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!"

We had no problems with anything and look foward to coming back again next year. "This place was nice! There is no bedroom but there is a sofa bed. It was a little uncomfortable but I was still able to go to sleep. The neighborhood was quiet. The host allowed me to extend my stay easily & was available early in the morning when I called. Great place for anyone in town for a couple of days or for work!"
