Loved The Gracie Suite! We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Everything was thoughtfully put together, and we really appreciated the little details that made our stay extra enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely stay here again and won't hesitate to recommend "The Downtown Post" to family and friends. If you're considering booking it—do it! We booked this stay very last minute to join some friends who were camping nearby (there was no way I could get our camping gear ready in time). I was so blown away by this property. I’ve been gushing about it all week, The decor was beautiful, room size was huge, bed and sleeper sofa were super comfortable and the whole place smelled like a spa! We were also pleasantly surprised at how cute and vibrant downtown Elizabethton was on a Saturday night. Would 100% stay again!

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Only thing that was not great was anyone under 18 cannot access 3 restaurants and cannot access the Marketplace, where they are permitted to eat, from inside the hotel. You must take a golf cart ride from the front out of the lobby all the way to the back of the property to and from. It is strange that logistically there is not indoor access.
