The hotel and staff were excellent. The reception staff was exceptional in arranging taxi service and hotel pick up from town to hotel

Location was amazing. Staff incredibly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was nice to have. The access to the water was not as we understood it, it’s a public beach across the way from the hotel, no dedicated space for hotel guests, no chair’s umbrella’s etc. so that was not as advertised. However the pool is right next to the water and beautiful views. Breakfast was wonderful on the terrace with the gorgeous unobstructed view. The room was fine, clean with a small balcony. The parking was convenient but walking distance from hotel which is fine. The only complaint is the decor. It felt like they found an estate sale of old monotony furniture and filled the spaces. For a seafront villa-like hotel, that has beautiful marble and elegance, old red carpets and old brown furniture was disappointing. Hire a decorator ASAP!! You guys will be even more popular, trust me.

Staff was fantastic! Fun venue.

Staff service was sub par and not at the standard of 5 star. They promote and advertise a butler servce but this is just an app where you can request for basic services as you would st any hotel so nothing special here. the issue is this app hardly worked it constantly logged you out and the requests do noy get actioned. Many times requeata were made but not met. Cleaning staff juat walked in your room regardless of whether you have the do not disturb sign on and at one point they walked in while i was getting changed and stark naked. My intentions were to express these issues to recption upon chexk out but the cherry on the cake is that thwy dis not even ask how my stay was! They simply handed me the final bill which i paid and left as they clearly ciuldnt care less.
