The chef closed down the restaurant an hour and a half after opening and had an attitude when asked about it. Even the waitresses were confused about why they were shut down. Other than that it’s a great place. Rooms were nice and spacious, the staff were very friendly, and it has direct access to the beach.

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.

It’s a really nice resort but they have staffing issues. There are hardly any employees for a resort of its size. Of the few that are there, half of them were rude, especially the older towel lady, the food truck and one of the front desk. Restaurants and snack bars didn’t open on time and were closed when it made no sense. Could’ve been an amazing experience with better team members and some semblance on leadership.
