"After checking in and receiving directions to this apartment, the staff member admitted they had never been to this rental before and couldn’t give us better or more specific instructions. It took us a while to find and once we did, we couldn’t park at the building because the lot required a parking code we didn’t receive. No problem we were only passing through for one night so we parked at the lot behind it and carried our suitcases because rolling them wasn’t possible due to the streets...

"Apartment and location are recommendable, but not the agency. Problem at check-in, we stood in front of a locked door for an hour, there was no answer from customer service and the promised call back did not come! By chance it turned out that the reason was that the check-in documentation was poor and the key could be taken apart and enlarged. But nobody knew that and it wasn't written. Completely unprofessional and a cheek."
