"La chambre était propre, bien tenue. Le mobilier commence à dater, mais il est en très bon état. concernant la personne de l'accueil, personne antipathique, pas aimable, et est venue vite agressive parce que nous n'étions pas d'accord sur le nombre de chambres que nous avions réservées. Il suffisait qu'elle regarde sur le site expedia pour se rendre compte qu'elle se trompait. Même pas une excuse, mais juste donner comme réponse que l'hôtel aurait pu être complet, comme si nous étions fautifs....

"La chambre était salle, la moquette plein de poussière et des taches de saleté, la salle de bain non chauffée, le sèche serviette ne marchait pas, pas d’eau chaude ou très peu et la chambre sentait la poussière. Pas de connexion wifi alors que sur l’annonce s’est bien indiqué qu’elle est disponible. Pas de personnels, on récupère la clé dans une boîte à l’entrée de la chambre. "Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. The furnishings are anything from 20-40 years old, the room was beyond basic with no air conditioning and upon leaving the window open to be able to sleep all we could...

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."
