You will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The apartment features a private fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and a highchair. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace and 2 private balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The shared outdoor pool measures 10 x 6 meters and is heated during low season through a solar panel water circulation system. A shared children's pool and private whirlpool are also available. You can relax in the shared garden with its large grass area and multiple pergolas providing shade. An outdoor shower and private grill complete the outdoor amenities. Shared parking is available within the property gates. The property is located near the beach with walking distance to Estepona, the harbor, and Playa Cristo beach. Mountain bike rental for 4 bikes is available, and you can borrow tables, chairs, and a thermobox for beach trips. The property features its own well with fresh water. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
