“I would not give a wooden nickel for the people/staff at the front desk. Apparently calling ahead to make specific arrangements falls upon deaf ears. The communication gap insufferably contentious. Problem solving issues is not the forte of the front desk. They were going to make us change rooms during the middle of our stay rather than change their computer record.”
