This was my second time staying at this property and it was just as great this time around. Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and very walkable with my dog. Nice to have a restaurant on property for ease of dining with my pet. We were just stopping over for a night on our road trip back home and it exceeded my expectations.

Great location. Right on the river and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Using the valet to retrieve your car can take a while - not sure where the cars are parked but allow at least the 20 minutes that they reccommend.

Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

I was surprised by the state of our room considering we have stayed here before and it was great last time. This time however, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE. On the floor, in the shower, on some of the towels. Considering we both have extremely low cut hair (buzzed), we knew it wasn’t from us. Other than that, it was okay. The view of the ocean was nice.

Room was beautiful & clean! We had an incident with my luggage. Bellhop brought it to the room and one of my suitcases were missing. I started to panic went to the front desk and with in an hour it was found. I feel like I should have received compensation somehow for my stress. Marriott Points, or dinner would have been nice! The pool was very nice comfortable and clean. Staff were great at the pool. We had “do not disturb sign” on the door, we received a text “ they were sorry they missed us and if we need anything to let them know. “ This is a classy hotel. I would stay there again and recommend to everyone. It is truly beautiful.
