“Beaucoup de poussière sur le sol de ma chambre (surtout dans les angles et sur les plinthes). Petit déjeuner bon mais très industriel. Environnement moyen (rien autour et la piscine donne sur le jardin du voisin qui fait un peu décharge) J'ai bien dormi, ce qui est le principal, mais de manière générale je ne trouve pas que la chambre vale 120 euros la nuit.”

“Room booked wasn't room offered. Staff didn't apologise when they were made aware of situation. Got room changed. Free drink on arrival was a joke. Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members.……

“The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades. The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes. Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant. I sound like an advert - but it was really that good.”

“I gave this hotel 3 stars purely because of it's inconvenient location, otherwise the hotel was a very good budget stop-over, typical of French motels, clean and well maintained with secure on-site parking. The lady on reception was super-nice, very helpful with good English. This is definitely not a tourist hotel due to it's location. It's located in an industrial area and there was only one restaurant within walking distance and this was closed on the day I was there; luckily I had eaten a……
