“Πολύ βολική περιοχή τόσο για το συνδριο όσο και για το κέντρο. Συχνή συγκοινωνία ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα. Πολύ ήσυχο. Ανετο, καθαρό, ασφαλισμένο και με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Δεν θα μπορούσε να μείνει δευτερο άτομο γιατι η πόρτα της τουαλετας δεν έκλεινε. Επίσης, καποια από τα ηλεκτρικα (φώτα. πορτατίφ) δεν δούλευαν.”

“我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。
我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！
距離市 區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。”

“Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, communicated everything clearly to me and ahead of time so I could be prepared on my arrival. “The property manager was very polite and instructions for checking in were very clear. The only reason that I can't give a 5 star rating is due to the property not listing accurate photos of the place from the inside. Online, the photos of the room and living area looked very clean, modern and cozy. When I walked in I was surprised to see that the apartment didn't look at all like the photos posted.

“It is a horrible start of my stay. I did not receive any notification regarding to the check-in process so I have to press every single buzzer on the door as there is none sign outside of the building. One of the residents who are so kind to offer the contact number from the owner then fianlly we were able to get into our room. And it is very late in the evening already. “The communication with the owner was horrible. To the last minute I thought it was a scam and I started looking for another hotel. The owner was supposed to send me the check in information 3 days before the check in but he didn’t.
