"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. "This hotel is a joy to stay at. It is small but quiet and friendly, and the room I stayed in was perfect. There is no on site catering, but this does not matter as Lisbon is not short of places to get food. My room had a king size bed, 75 inch TV, en suite walk in shower and a bath tub, I could not fault it. There is a rooftop terrace which is accessed by a rather scary spiral staircase but well worth it, and an honesty bar at the foot of the stairs so you can take a drink up. The staff were extremely helpful when asked anything and very polite. It is far enough out of the tourist filled centre yet close enough to get into town very easily, either by walking or a tram. Would definitely stay there again."

"This place is well situated near Cais do Sodre and the time out market (10 minute walk). The bed and space in the suite is comfortable, and has a nice view from the beautiful large windows. There are two bars downstairs that get pretty full at night, so if you are sensitive to loud noises you may want to avoid. This didn’t bother us though. Management was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was top notch and perfect. Plus, some free add ons which we were not aware of like tons of options in free breakfast, fresh from the kitchen menu, and fresh orange juice! Staff was amazing, specially Davin who helped us carry our heavy bags to our rooms. A staff member was always at the reception providing assistance. They even lent us their phone charger adapter and hair dryer! Totally worth the price (actually cheaper given all the above)."

"I arrived very early on a red eye and they were waiting for me,my room was ready including with a comp bottle of wine, and welcome cake! Clean clean clean. The room was bigger IRL than I expected! Not one but 2 mini AC units to make sure I stayed cool. The manager gave me his number so I could whatsapp for any request. I added a night, and i just had to send a whatsapp! Just the most adorable place. I would love to keep it a secret, but it's too great."
